Followed your suggestion from another vid and read Dowry of blood, it was awesome especially the way it was written, also read Vamped, another good one, not your typical vampire story but that’s my favorite part about it. Will wait to see your review on the other ST Gibson book before I decide on it. Sorry that this post is a little long and have a great weekend.

Yay! Loved the whole neverking series. It is a series though. So you might have thought it was short because you only read the first book out of four. The author recently wrote a spin off series involving croc and hook.

I’ve been taking books to exchange and little pages of poetry I’ve written!🤍 I would love finding a written poem or uplifting/inspiring message in a little free library so I thought it would be nice to start myself

I rotate books in and out of my LFL on a consistent basis, so that the books in it are refreshed constantly. 😊 So, I keep 10 adult books in it at a time and have about 20 extras that I rotate them with ☺

Just for the summer - I was bored too, somehow it didn't feel like a Abby Jimenez book for the most part. Lately I'm mainly reading for the vibes or how invested a book makes me feel, if I don't connect with it I will dnf it much faster these days. Some of my favorite books were your recommendations. I LOVE that ACOMAF came up as your favorite because I distinctly remember when you read it and made a video raving about it so I went straight to Amazon and bought it. Then I realized I bought book 2 so I went back and bought ACOTAR. lol you inspired me, cliche or not. I hope that makes you feel a little better about how cliche (or not) you are lol 🫶🏽

Felt the same about One True Loves... I was STRESSED girl. Also I agree.. I don't like when husbands die in books because I don't like thinking about my husband possibly dying 😬 Haha.

Some of what you said about Just for the Summer is how I felt about Archer's Voice. I just finished it via audiobook and wasn't a fan. I feel like it lacked depth until towards the end, and the spice went on toooo long in parts. I know you loved it, but it wasn't for me. I do agree with most of your other recommendations, though.😊
